Working out at home elevated to a whole new level during the lockdown year of 2020. And so, Social Distance Fit Club was born. The end. No wait. It's just the beginning. |
Social Distance Fit Club is an online, at-home fitness community. We support, encourage, motivate, and inspire one another to set movement and nutrition goals and crush tf outta them.
Social Distance Fit Club is here to disrupt diet culture. We are humans living a human experience. We understand that our bodies change over time and because of life circumstances and we do not judge or shame ourselves or each other for natural weight fluctuations that may occur. Social Distance Fit Club is an inclusive, accepting, judgment-free group that believes healthy bodies come in a variety of beautiful shapes and sizes. Healthy is a great look on all of us and healthy looks different on all of us. |
Social Distance Fit Club is enthusiastic about movement and nutrition. We like to move our bodies and we like to eat. We feel good when move our bodies and we feel good when we fuel our bodies with yummy food.
Social Distance Fit Club has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for fat phobia and fat shaming. We are a brave space for anyone and everyone who wants to explore movement, try new foods, release false beliefs, and invite new mindset shifts that lead to consistent habits that help us feel good from the inside out. Social Distance Fit Club is supportive and encouraging of each other to keep going with our goals - so we can crush tf outta them. We are not afraid of starting over. We keep going until the goal is achieved, without judgment or shame about how long it may take us. We know we'll get there. Together. |

It's our year of Reclamation and Empowerment. Let's re-discover our favorite ways to move, groove, and sweat our way to our best selves yet. This group is a love letter we're writing to ourselves through movement, mindfulness, sweat, (tears...?), intention, determination, support, and encouragement through the choices we make every. single. day. To make promises to ourselves and keep and honor these promises by showing up, putting in the work, and getting it done. We already know what it feels like to let ourselves down - what would it feel like to come through, this time? Let's give it our best shot and find out. Let's connect and cheer each other on as we work to achieve some goals. There's a whole world out here ready for us to be our best selves, glow our glowiest glows, and shine our brightest shines.
