Meet Molly:
Molly Knott specializes in helping people living with chronic pain reconnect with ease and well-being using mindfulness and gentle yoga. A former university researcher and professional horse trainer, life as she knew it was derailed in her mid 30’s by chronic pain and several incurable chronic conditions. Her life began to blossom again after discovering Mindful Yoga, and she has devoted herself to the rewarding experience of sharing these practices with others. Molly holds an MA in Education from Stanford University and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and certified mindfulness instructor. She lives with her husband and dog high in the Sierra Nevada mountains of Northern California, inspired by the awe and wonder of nature on a daily basis, and is a proud auntie to four nephews and two grand nieces.
