Story The idea of Gracias Madre was first conceived while visiting the families of our employees in Mexico. We wanted to both: offer organic Mexican food to the communities we serve as well as honor the mothers who work tirelessly in the kitchens of Mexico and often live without their husbands and children while they work side by side with us in California. Please designate in the form below whether or not you have any allergies and/or food restrictions, and I'll send you a page from the "Gracias Madre Book of Knowledge" menus that you can review to see what food options are available to you. * * Real talk * * it can be very tricky and disheartening going out to eat with specific food restrictions and allergies. I am overjoyed that Gracias Madre takes this into consideration and makes the effort to include everyone, as much as possible, in the very social ritual of going out to eat.
