Clean Week is a FREE 7-Day program that introduces fitness + nutrition + support in the unique and empowering Beachbody way. It's a kick-start for healthy habits and a way to make lifestyle changes that stick! The program includes daily 30 minute workouts, a step-by-step meal planner, and a week's supply of Shakeology. Clean Week is streamed online via Beachbody on Demand (BOD).
To access Clean Week on BOD, follow these steps:
1- Go to: www.BeachbodyOnDemand.com 2- Scroll down to "Clean Week" and click on it 3- Click the "Do Clean Week for Free" button on the right side of the screen 4- Create your FREE BOD account

Clean Week starts to cost if you want the meal plans and nutrition guides. The Clean Week meal plan/nutrition guides are unlocked on BOD with the purchase of the 7-Day Clean Week sample pack of Shakeology, which goes for $29.95 (+S&H).
