We’re really excited to be hosting a free 31 day challenge for the entire month of October with the Mindful Workplace Alliance. Starting tomorrow on the app we’ll feature a different meditation each day. All sessions are secular, beginner-friendly, and no more than 10 minutes long. Each week is themed differently and includes a talk from one of the Alliance members. Kick off the month tomorrow with a talk from Scott Shute, Head of Mindfulness and Compassion at LinkedIn. The challenge is free for everyone so please share with your colleagues at work! Just download the app and search for “October”. |
