OCTOBER MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE

  • FREE Mindful Meditation Challenge with Insight Timer and Mindful Workplace Alliance.
  • What is it: a 31-day mindful meditation challenge featuring a different meditation to listen to each day. All sessions are secular, beginner-friendly, and no more than 10 minutes long.
  • Where is it: on the Insight Timer app. Click the link above to get to get info about the app.
  • How it works: Schedule a time in your calendar to mediate every day in October and open the app at that designated time. Sit quietly and comfortably as you tune into the daily meditation. When you're finished, say a quick prayer or intention of gratitude, and carry on with your day. Namaste.

We’re really excited to be hosting a free 31 day challenge for the entire month of October with the Mindful Workplace Alliance.

Starting tomorrow on the app we’ll feature a different meditation each day. All sessions are secular, beginner-friendly, and no more than 10 minutes long.

Each week is themed differently and includes a talk from one of the Alliance members. Kick off the month tomorrow with a talk from Scott Shute, Head of Mindfulness and Compassion at LinkedIn.

The challenge is free for everyone so please share with your colleagues at work! Just download the app and search for “October”.
