A CHALLENGE GROUP WITH AVASRADIANCE FITNESS
I work out because I love my body- not because I hate it.
I push play on the these online streaming fitness programs because the workouts produce desirable results. These results help me stay confident making healthy choices along my health and fitness journey. (And my oh my, is it a journey!) So I continue to set realistic health and fitness goals that keep me pushing play, getting results, staying confident, and so on... and so on... this is my Challenge Group cycle.

I love hosting* Challenge Groups because, selfishly, I get to connect with you on a personal level while we share the experience of supporting and encouraging each other along this part of our health and fitness journeys. Yeah, holding myself accountable for my own workouts and nutrition is doable, yet it's just more fun with a friend (or 3... or 5...) - don't you think?
When you join one of my Challenge Groups, you'll soon discover that they are unique - sure, we'll make healthy food choices and sweat a few pounds off in water weight, that's a given - yet we'll also be building a community of awesomeness so we can stay connected with each other, support and encourage each other, long after the Challenge Group ends. It is my vision to create Challenge Groups that are inclusive, safe spaces for all of us to express ourselves freely as we celebrate the bodies and skin we're in, through movement and nutrition. We have each arrived at our health and fitness journeys for a variety of reasons - all of which are valid, respected, and good. Now is the time to put in the work so we can transform our lives and shine brighter than before because we're making daily, conscious efforts to honor our present and future selves. |
So let's set some goals, be in touch about a plan of action to take to crush said goals, and pump each other up on the daily as we celebrate our epic health and fitness wins. Together!
* Not only do I host the Challenge Groups, I'm right there in the group with you. I'm posting daily motivation to our group, I'm pushing play, I'm sweating in the workouts, I'm drinking the Shakeology, I'm following the meal plans. When I say we are in it together, I mean it: we are in the workout and on this health and fitness journey together! (Possibly forever, if you're looking for a fitness friend like that!) The length, time, and availability of my Challenge Groups will vary, depending on the length of the fitness program and time of year.
