• How it works: choose your fitness program, order your streaming package, prep your meals, mix your shake, and push play.

How to join:

2. Check your email for an invite to the 3 WEEK TREAT Challenge Group.
3. Review the Program Details and choose the one that calls to you. 
4. Download the MyChallengeTracker app.
5. Purchase your Beachbody on Demand streaming package.
6. Push play on the workout, mix up a shake, and be active on the app.

BEACHBODY ON DEMAND (BOD)

​3-Week Yoga Retreat, 21 Day Fix*, 21 Day Fix Extreme*, and Shift Shop are streaming exclusively on Beachbody On Demand (BOD)!
Follow these steps to gain access to the workouts for our 3 WEEK TREAT Challenge Group:

1. ​Go to Clean Week on BeachbodyOnDemand.com.
2. Click the 'DO CLEAN WEEK FOR FREE' button.
3. Fill in the boxes to create your FREE BOD account.
4. Verify that the referring Coach ID reads: 130947. If the box is blank, please fill it in.
5. Click the 'CREATE ACCOUNT' button.
6. Begin streaming your workout program on BOD.
