Class Description:
Freedom Flow class is not your traditional Yoga class. This class includes subtle dance movements to ensure that you still have fun and be light-hearted on and off the mat. It promotes participants to feel free to move their body as they please, as all of our bodies differ in such magical ways. Freedom Flow also reminds us that as there is currently an attack on the human body, that using Yoga to breathe & remain strong is direct resistance to this attack.
Class Donation:
A portion of Sunny's class proceeds will be donated to OPEN, an organization that focuses on feeding the homeless and stopping gang violence.
