With the help of guided meditations, music, and mindfulness exercises on Insight Timer, let's give ourselves permission to slow down, notice, learn about, acknowledge, and appreciate the magic and majesty that makes us who we are. BlacklistLA’s weekly events are highlighted by a Monday night art run, where on average, over 300 runners gather and run to street art displayed around the city’s streets.
