As a long-time fan of the band 311, March 11th is one of my favorite days. Happy 311 Day! Let's come together, yeah yeah yeah, to connect with our breath and allow it to guide us through an energizing, feel good yoga flow. Q: What does it mean to 'feel good'? A: Only you can truly answer that for you. So please do! Let's all check-in with ourselves - no judgment; only truth, acceptance, and gentle self-compassion - and meet ourselves there. Let's tap into this and explore it just a little bit. This class is new-to-yoga and returning-to-movement friendly.
