Wednesday, March 22, 2023
9:30 a.m. PST / 12:30 p.m. EST
Meet Sunee LaClaire:
Sunee took her first yoga class for Physical Education credit at Antioch College in 1995. Since then she has studied yoga in various locations in the US and Asia. In 2018 she completed her 200 hr yoga teacher training at YogaWorks under Heather Seagraves and Markela Los. Sunee became a certified Yoga Tune Up® instructor in 2019 studying with Ariel Kiley and Jonathan McKinna. She currently operates YogaSole, a community studio in Brooklyn, NY. Sunee enjoys exploring the place where the long deep tradition of yoga is affirmed by movement study. She believes that yoga is accessible to all bodies and that while the experience of learning and potentially extending the body's perceived limits is very serious, there is some levity and play to be found in the practice. Always interested in learning new things, going to new places, and trying something different, Sunee continues to evolve her personal practice and her teaching, incorporating pieces picked up along the way. |

10:00 a.m. PST / 12:00 p.m. EST
Meet Sabrina:
Sabrina Ashleigh Tan is a So-Cal based lightworker and multimedia artist with a lifetime of experience in creativity and self-expression. She has worked as a professional creative (video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design) for brands like Microsoft and Mattel, but has recently left the 9 to 5 world to make room for burgeoning spiritual pursuits: channeling, tarot, yoga, poetry, and whatever else the Universe inspires in her. This new chapter of her life was catalyzed by her completion of the Experience Alaya 200HR Yoga Teacher Training only a year after she first set foot into a yoga class. Does she know what she wants to do next? Not a clue. And she’s ok with that. Sabrina hopes to inspire healing, feeling, self-alignment, and an open heart in all those she crosses paths with. You can see her art at sabrinaashleightan.com. Connect with Sabrina on YouTube:
