There are so many ways we can take care of ourselves...yet often times we don't. Why is that? March provides 31 brand new, unique and beautiful opportunities to make conscious efforts to treat our bodies, minds, and souls right; by slowing down, connecting to the breath, praying, and playing. Staying active and moving our bodies around does not have to be burdensome and stressful - yet most times it seems to be. Why is that? When we make time for things (and people) we care about and enjoy, being present in each moment while engaged in that thing (or being with that person) can - and is - a very welcomed treat.
Let's be in that mindset this month - as much as we can be: let's make time for ourselves and engage in activities that bring us joy!

You are invited to be fully present with your intuition, thoughts, feelings, and desires. Who are you? What do you want? Are you happy? What does it mean to be you? What does it mean to be you - in this moment, in this space, in this body - right now...? You are invited to explore this moment, this life; discover or reconnect with yourself; think about, pray on, meditate with... this idea that... this is it. This is who you are. You are beautifully flawed; you are perfectly imperfect. You are a divine masterpiece. Have you been humbly acting accordingly?
This March, let's make the time to do right by our bodies, minds, and souls. Let's be mindful and reasonable about taking extra good care of ourselves. We all work so hard, and we all do such good work! Throughout it all, our bodies are here with us, showing up every day and helping us get through.
