Each Challenge Group comes with nutrition and workout accountability, encouragement, and support via your preferred social media outlet(s) [i.e.: facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+], in addition to your preferred method of communication [i.e.: texts, phone calls, email, etc.]. We're on this journey together one workout at a time! I need help staying on track just as much as you do. Let's demolish our goals together!

A new challenge group will begin every 60 days or so. The next one will start in/around: August 2016 and September/October 2016.
