AVASradiance Wellness

AVASRADIANCE WELLNESS BY ALEXEYEVA SMITH
There is so much going on around us - and inside us - at any given time. When was the last time you gave yourself permission to slow down, listen (to yourself and your surroundings), and breathe (deeply, with ease)?
WHAT IS WELLNESS?
Wellness, these days, seems to take on a new definition and meaning at every turn. I like to think of wellness as an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness - it is a dynamic and willing process of mindful change and growth.*
WHY WELLNESS MATTERS
Maintaining an optimal level of wellness is crucial if we want to live our best lives. No matter our lifestyle choices, wellness matters. Wellness matters because everything we say, do, and feel is connected to our well-being - and our well-being is connected to everything we say, do, and feel. It's an on-going cycle - and it's important for us to recognize this so we can be the best versions of ourselves.*
POST-PANDEMIC WELLNESS
After a year+ of being inside, let us be intentional about how we fill our calendars and who we spend our time with. As we take strides to re-acclimate ourselves with being outside, let us be patient, mindful, understanding, and kind - to ourselves and with others. We all experienced Coronavirus/Covid-19 lockdown, shutdown, quarantine in different ways; thus it affected us in different ways. Post-Pandemic Wellness will look and feel different for everyone. Let us grant ourselves and each other the time and space necessary to process, grieve, heal, and grow so we can be reunited and continue to level-up, mature, listen, learn, and play.
Feelings of joy, peace, and harmony are available to us when we mindfully work towards achieving balance and wellness.
You're invited to begin and/or cultivate your wellness journey by rolling out your mat and practicing yoga, or by pulling up a cushion and sitting in silent, mindful meditation.
