Welcome to Fun Fridays! Let's take some mindful moments to intentionally wind down from the week and treat ourselves to some much-needed, well-deserved self care. Fun Fridays are free offerings where we will come together to chat, chill, share life hacks, encouraging words, and have a good time enjoying each others' company as we Zoom-Kickin' it together for an hour or so. Check out the offerings below! You're welcome and invited to attend any and all sessions! Please bring with you an open heart, an open mind, and that bright smile that helps you light up every life you come in contact with and every room you enter.
Fun Fridays will also serve as an opportunity to be reunited with friends from previous Mindful March sessions! Please feel empowered to blow up the chat by exchanging contact info, sharing about projects you may be working on, any realizations or level-up moments you've noticed since being in class together. Let's come together to celebrate all these things, and more!Thank you so much!  See you soon!

Fun Friday Activity: Face Masks and/or Foot Masks:
Yep, you heard it right: foot mask.
When was the last time you mindfully and/or intentionally paid attention to your feet and did something nice for them? Real talk: we take our feet for granted - they show up for us and hold us, move us, guide, us, connect us to/from/through/around this Earth and world. I know I need to spend more time intentionally expressing gratitude for and honoring my feet - and today feels like a good day to start.

And, y'all *know* that I love me a sweet face mask sesh!
Let's do it again: you're invited to play along and join in on this sacred self-care ritual. Grab your favorite face mask - be it a sheet mask, peel off mask, mud mask, whatever! - put a "Do Not Disturb" sign up on your door; light a candle or some incense, and meet me in our self-care Zoom room.

You've worked hard this week. Let's tune-in to some collective community MeTime as we treat ourselves to some much-needed, well-deserved self-love. Your choice: face mask time or foot mask time. Hell, if you want to choose both, my friend, you do both. Indulge in all the self-love you want and need right now.

New to face and foot masks? No problem! This is a safe space to learn, grow, explore. Already a face and/or foot mask pro? Sweet! Bring your knowledge, expertise, and share with us how you do you in/with your sacred self-care routine.
How do I know which Face Mask is right or good for me:
Great question! There are a lot of options out there. I'm a huge fan and advocate of reading labels. I humbly recommend starting with brands you know and trust - if they have a face mask line, take a look at the ingredients to check for anything that might irritate your skin. If you feel confident with what you read, go ahead and get it!**
How do I know which Foot Mask is right or good for me:
Great question! When looking for a foot mask, I have learned to read the package very carefully. I encourage you to do the same. Moisturizing, hydrating, repairing, soothing masks are generally my favorite as they are gentle. Occasionally I may try a more aggressive peeling foot mask - it all depends on my end-goal for using a foot mask. Consider what treat your want to do for your feet and go from there!
** If you are a conscious shopper and would like to support vegan; or women-owned, Black-owned, minority-owned beauty brands, please feel empowered to do some research on your own, send me a note so I can brag on all my favorites, or start at Target.
Where to get Face Masks and Foot Masks:
Walgreens
CVS
Target*
Ulta
Sephora
Kohl's
Cost Plus World Market
...basically any store that has a large make-up/beauty section
* Target specifically carries women-owned, Black-owned, and minority-owned beauty brands that may have a face mask line.
