It's no secret: I go big for my birthday.
Since this global pandemic is STILL raging, we've all been challenged to re-imagine what it means to celebrate with loved ones, family, and friends. This year marks my second Rona Birthday, and the official last year of my 30s! As I enjoy bringing people to together and doing the absolute most throughout the entire month of March, I thought it would be nice to put a new spin on my month-long celebration - thus the vision and inspiration for a Mindful March Summit was born. 2020 was an extreme year of growth, clarity, grief, awakening, and transformation for all of us. We went internal, stayed inside, re-visited hobbies that brought us joy, tried new things that challenged us in different ways, and really took a heartfelt inventory of the things and people that matter to us. The Mindful March Summit is here to bring awareness to how far we've come and celebrate TF out of our level-up journeys. |
The Mindful March Summit is a month-long celebration of meditation, movement, mental health & mindset, and music; as well as a call to action to encourage and support our ongoing journeys of healing, transformation and growth. Each week has a different theme and an experienced, passionate instructor will lead us along a class or workshop within that theme.
You're invited to participate in any and/or all sessions throughout the Mindful March Summit! Each session will be held in a private Zoom room. Suggested General Admission to attend is: $25.00. For our QTBIPOC community and friends, a Sliding Scale admission is available to attend: $1.00 - $25.00. Please be honest and pay what you can. A portion of funds collected during the Mindful March Summit will be donated to organizations near and dear to the hearts of our instructors! |
