Welcome to Merry Movement +Hydration Breaks! Let's celebrate our bodies and all we can do by treating ourselves to well-deserved, aligned and intentional movements. As we know, water is life. Let's be extra intentional and mindful about staying hydrated this month.
Options for movement this month are Free and can be done at your own pace, on your own time.

The Dealio: 1- DL the Better Abs 30-Day Challenge calendar to your phone. 2- Compete the daily abs workout. 3- Cross off the workout you just completed. 4- Take an "after workout" pic OR record yourself on video doing one set of the daily abs workout; OR BOTH! 5- Post your pic and/or vid to Socials for bragging rights (and accountability, duh) and tag me on IG: @avasradiancefitness* AND @avasradianceyoga 6- Smile. You're badass and totally ROCKIN' TF OUTTA THIS THANG!! I'm proud of you! Hope you're proud of YOU, too! * I'll be posting my progress with these workouts to my fitness account on IG. Real talk: I can def drink more water throughout the day. Actually, facts: I need to drink more water throughout the day. What about you? You keeping up with your hydration?
Yes, no, maybe so - you're invited to join me for this Hydration Break, 64 oz. of Water per day Challenge. We'll be the most hydrated people in all the land! The Dealio: 1- DL the Water 30-Day Challenge tracker calendar to your phone. 2- Drink 64 oz. of water per day. 3- Cross off the oz. as you go throughout the day. 4- Cross out the day when it's done/over. 5- Take a pic of the water bottle you'll be sippin' from all month, or of a cup of water you're about to drink. OR let those creative. juices flow and get cute with this: take selfies /usies with your water! Water is life - let's give thanks and celebrate tf out of it.
