Hip Hop Yoga in the Park is just that: yoga to a hip hop soundtrack, outside at the park. All ages, bodies, abilities, accessibilities, mobilities, and levels of yoga and meditation are welcome. Beginner and retuning to movement friendly!

Return to Movement Yoga is just that: yoga for anyone looking to return to and re-discover regular movement.
​​

• We're taking it back to the basics. We'll learn about poses. We'll practice noticing the sensations of the body and where we feel each stretch.
• We'll bring awareness to our breath. We'll practice noticing the sensations and rhythm of our breath.
• We'll move and groove at a gentle pace, building on each class and working up to a yoga flow.​

*About Lifeguard Tower 10:
Lifeguard Tower 10 is on the north side of the Huntington Beach pier, on the Huntington City Beach. It is near the All Inclusive Playground in the sand near the intersection of 9th Street and PCH.

Parking Pro-Tip:
Parking is free along 9th Street and in the surrounding neighborhood; meters are available on both sides of PCH.
​Tower 10 is a short walk towards the water from 9th Street and PCH.

Summer Yoga at the Beach Hip Hop Yoga in the Park
Sundays throughout June 2023

Join us at the park!

Before the crowds roll in like the tide, you're invited to come as you are, roll out your towel or mat, set an intention, and Breathe + Flow with Alexeyeva in Huntington Beach near Lifeguard Tower 10*.

​We'll mindfully check-in with a brief meditation to practice noticing our breath; then gently lean into a hatha vinyasa flow as we warm up our bodies and awaken our minds with help from  soundtrack of Mother Nature's ocean waves and wildlife.

All ages, bodies, abilities, accessibilities, mobilities, and levels of yoga and meditation are welcome. Beginner friendly!

Please bring with you:

• A large towel (or two)
• A yoga mat (optional)
• Water
• Sunscreen
• A sweatshirt or jacket
• A journal and a pen (optional)

• A mask
• Proof of your Covid-19 vaccination and booster​
• An open mind and heart

• Anything you may need to have a comfortable practice and day outdoors

What to wear:

• Comfy, breathable workout clothes
• A swimsuit (if you want to play in the water later)
