*About Lifeguard Tower 10:
Lifeguard Tower 10 is on the north side of the Huntington Beach pier, on the Huntington City Beach. It is near the All Inclusive Playground in the sand near the intersection of 9th Street and PCH. Parking Pro-Tip: Parking is free along 9th Street and in the surrounding neighborhood; meters are available on both sides of PCH. Tower 10 is a short walk towards the water from 9th Street and PCH. Summer Yoga at the Beach

Before the crowds roll in like the tide, you're invited to come as you are, roll out your towel or mat, set an intention, and Breathe + Flow with Alexeyeva in Huntington Beach near Lifeguard Tower 10*. We'll mindfully check-in with a brief meditation to practice noticing our breath; then gently lean into a hatha vinyasa flow as we warm up our bodies and awaken our minds with help from soundtrack of Mother Nature's ocean waves and wildlife.
