Yoga - all levels, abilities, mobilities, accessibilities, identities, bodies welcome.

• This is a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class.
• Come as you are and let's take up all the space in our awesomeness

Please bring with you: a yoga mat or bath (or beach) towel, a blanket, a pillow or yoga block, a belt or yoga strap, an open mind, and an open heart.
What to wear: comfy clothes.

Black History - gather round for factual story time as we learn about, honor, and give thanks to a few amazing cultural icons and trailblazers each week.

• Let's marvel at their accomplishments and discuss any dreams, goals, awe, motivations they may spark and/or inspire within us.

Wine - wine not?! Raise a glass and cheers with us as we sip on sweet treats made by Black wine connoisseurs.
