Stillness, Maybe. New month, new goals, best version of you.
The holiday season can feel like a whirlwind. We don't have to get swept up in it this year. We can give ourselves permission to slow down and catch our breath. You're invited to participate in an evening of mindfulness as we intentionally slow down to take up space and connect to our breath. All levels of meditation, attention spans, active or inactive minds, and abilities welcome! This class is beginner friendly. Catch Your Breath Mindful Meditation series of classes this month will build upon each other, inviting us to reclaim our power as we slow down, listen, notice, release,(re)connect, give thanks to ourselves and our breath while we establish an at-home meditation practice. Please bring with you: a yoga mat or bath (or beach) towel, a blanket, a pillow, water or warm tea, an open mind, and an open heart. What to wear: comfy clothes. RSVP below to hold your spot.
